  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. How to Request a Return

    with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short description. We’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — at no extra cost to you.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items, such as used or damaged products not due to our error, may not qualify for a refund.

    5. Shipping Costs

    If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
